The task for NJS was to provide a comprehensive lighting package for three upper floors at Capital Square in the heart of Edinburgh. Initial design discussions with M & E consultant Atelierten started in December 2018 . From the outset their concept was to provide an award-winning lighting package compliant to wellness standards. Arlico Lighting were introduced from our portfolio whereupon the design process started in earnest.

The 43000 sq ft space delivered varied ceiling types which allowed diversity of product choice using, spots and track linear section, pendants, downlights, and wall mounted luminaires. Arlico excel in bespoke solutions and many lengths of linear were specially manufactured to fit exactly into the ceiling detail. As you will note in the visual’s 7.5 mt diameter and 5.5 mt dia circular luminaires can be viewed from the street below.
