Scotrail installs Mymesh LED Lighting

ScotRail is enhancing its stations by implementing smarter systems. Automatic lighting control, fault monitoring, and emergency testing will improve maintenance efficiency. The client has upgraded the lighting, ideal for a demanding environment and reducing their carbon emissions. All platform, concourse, and ticket office lighting is now connected to a single mesh wireless network.

The Mymesh system automatically manages lighting based on a local time clock, with key-switches available for manual overrides. Emergency lighting undergoes automated monthly function tests and annual duration tests, with centralised reporting.

Automating testing and reporting across numerous stations will significantly boost maintenance efficiency and ensure compliance.
