From the past to the future: LED brightens the way
Previously, buildings and spaces were illuminated using sodium or metal halide lamps, which, ranging from 35 watts to 2000 watts, could light anything from a small perimeter to large areas like football pitches.
Buildings with high-mounted floodlights once incurred high maintenance from frequent lamp replacements.
LED lighting, with a lifespan four times longer than traditional sources, can lead to over 70% energy savings. Furthermore, the quality and colour options in exterior lighting design are key factors.
Surpassing Metal Halide with High CRI Range
The industry initially faced challenges in developing LEDs that could match the high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of Metal Halide lamps, which typically range from 70 to 90.
In contrast, LED technology now achieves a CRI range from 70 to 98, surpassing the approximate 25 CRI of High-Pressure Sodium lamps. This advancement signifies that fewer lumens are needed when the quality of light is enhanced.

D-Wave
D-WAVE is a system with the highest flexibility and adaptability available on the market. Its cross-section, studied in every detail, allows both zenithal and lateral bending, which allows D-WAVE to overcome any obstacle or embrace any path.
The extruded profile, studied in every detail, can have an endless range of customisations thanks to its extreme ductility. The illumination of contemporary architecture, even the most complex and articulated, will always find its correct solution.
It is possible to fix D-WAVE to any floor, thanks to the quick-release steel bracket for firm and continuous anchorage along the entire length of the luminaire. Alternatively, D-WAVE can be fixed to the ground using a steel spike, which can also be positioned at variable pitch, ensuring a continuous and secure anchorage along the entire perimeter.
Dirigo
Invisible by day. Absolute protagonist at night. Dirigo creates paths of light through a subtle interplay of planes that conceal the source from view.
The particular section of the profile integrates perfectly into the most varied outdoor contexts, making the product compact and robust. Dirigo is available in dedicated versions in brushed AISI 316L stainless steel or in anodised extruded aluminium subjected to an antioxidant treatment with polyester powder coating.
Buzzer
A new bollard that revolutionises the concept of visual comfort with enveloping, shadow-free light. Buzzer is the new bollard designed to illuminate paths, pedestrian or vehicular, and contemporary landscape projects.
Available in four heights and three diameters, it is a flexible outdoor luminaire that is ideal to meet all the designer’s needs. The light source, placed completely under the head, gives Buzzer a high level of glare-free visual comfort.
The bollard illuminates on the ground with two apertures (180°) or a single aperture (360°) without superior dispersion and, thanks to its special optics, offers a wide light diffusion all around without shadow zones at the base.
Optiwall
OPTIWALL is an innovative walkway luminaire with no counter casing and only 18 millimetres thickness to contain the light sources.
It is the ideal, and easy to install, luminaire for walkways or outdoor stairs. The Pro version of Optiwall features a full light system on which Optilight technology has been designed to achieve a homogeneous, soft light. Optiwall, indoor and outdoor, is Bug Rating 0 certified.
